Extra Chipper

Maybe it’s because when I walked outside, I saw blue skies for the first time in seven days.
Or maybe it’s because I had a really intense run that left me feeling like I kicked my own ass.
Or maybe it’s because I had my free sample of Quaker Oatmeal Squares fo’ breakfast.
I love being a Clever Girl.
I mean, who wouldn’t want to get two little boxes of their favorite cereal in the mail?
Workout
Like I said, I had a really great run on the treadmill this morning.
Woah. Did my fingers really just type that sentence?
I did the 5-4-3-2-1 sequence twice through and it was tough, but I was proud that I pushed myself. Every time I get to that minute at 8.0, I pray to God that I a) don’t vomit and b) don’t fall. So far so good 😉
Weekend Plans
Cory and I are headed to Richmond this afternoon. We have a meeting at 7 AM tomorrow (say whaaa??) to go over liturgy and music for the wedding mass. Oddly enough, I’m looking forward to it.
I’m also going to Richmond for a good friend’s bachelorette party! I’m pretty excited. I’ve never been to one, but I’m highly confident that a good time will ensue 😉
I’m off to get some errands done! I’ll catch you guys later this afternoon!

The weather up where I am has been horrible too! There has been like 14 days of rain in may or something ridiculous like that 😦 But it’s not supposed to rain again until Sunday so I’m crossing my fingers for a Fri and Sat in the sun 🙂
So the weather has been whomp-tastic here as well. Ther have been random down pours for most of the week and I have barely seen the sunshine!
I have never been to a Bachelorette Party… yours will be my first! YAY! But you’ll have to let me know how it goes!
Bachelorette parties are so much fun! I’ve been to one in Miami, Vegas, and Atlanta 🙂 Each one was unique but equally fun! Have a GREAT time and party hard! 🙂

I got one of those cute little boxes in the mail a couple weeks ago, and it totally made my smile. Why are small versions of things so cute?!

I’ve never been to a bachelorette party, I have my first one in a couple of weeks..eekk. It’s one of my girlfriends from high school, i’m sure it’s going to be OC but I wouldn’t have it any other way!

The weather has actually JUST started to improve here. For the past week and a half it’s been nice and warm, but so windy that it was impossible to do anything outside without just being… assaulted. Hopefully spring smartens up soon!

I’ve been in a bunch of weddings but I’ve never been able to go to the bachelorette party! I live far away from most of my old friends, so I can’t usually only make the trip home for the wedding! sad!
It hasn’t been too rainy here but it’s been cold. It was ridiculous, one day was in the high 80s and then the next I was seriously considering putting on my winter coat. Very much looking forward to some stable weather!
The weather down in Richmond has been nice recently. No rain, but wonderful sun.
My friend got married last summer, and for her bachelorette party we went wine tasting. Up in NOVA, it was a lot of fun.

and HEY, have you seen the recipe for maggie mix I have on my blog? it’s those oatmeal squares plus light maple syrup and some extra toppings. it’s heeeaaavenly, and if you love the squares, you’ll go nuts over it!
The weather HAS been especially crappy where I live, which is why I’m so happy it’s sunny and beautiful out right now. I’m doing my 9 mile run after school today because it’s supposed to rain tomorrow!
I’ve been to one bachelorette party- my cousin’s. It was so much fun and in Chicago which made it that much better. We took an S Factor class, which is a striptease fitness class and it was surprisingly SO much fun!
I’ve been to a couple of bachelorette parties….ironically both ending up with brides-to-be that had a little toooo much fun (a couple extra drinks!)but nonetheless, we all had a great time!!
The weather has been RAIN city here in NYC. Thought we were going to get some sunshine..and we did this morning. AND now it is raining. AGAIN. Ohhh well, all the more excuse to get cozy and pop in a good movie tonight.

I just went to a bachelorette party last weekend for one of my sorority sisters. It was so fun! We bar hopped in a limo and dressed the bachelorette in a ridiculous outfit. Someone bought her a “tuggie” to use as a wristlet for the night–like a snuggie but for ahem other body parts… Have fun!!
The weather has definitely been really terrible, but it seems like it’s finally clearing up! They aren’t calling for rain tomorrow, but then it’s back to rain the rest of the week 😦

I got my Quaker Oatmeal Squares in the mail last week too…I ate the first box a few days ago :)! It has been very rainy here, but it looks like it will be nice out today! It’s a good thing, because the weather was getting very depressing…
My weather is perfect. I love Florida so much, and am so glad to be back. 🙂
